Team Roles

- Game Designer, Weapon Artist, Effects Artist

Description:

Nightbear: The Stuffening is a team-oriented, control-point based multiplayer mod for Unreal Tournament 3. The game places players in the roles of dream and nightmare teddy bears, waging war over whether the child they inhabit will have a dream or nightmare that night.

The twist to Nightbear is that there is no death. Action takes place across two worlds - one of dreams, and one of nightmares. Dying in one world does not mean a timeout, but rather, a transition to the other world. Strategy comes in the fact that in order to win, a team must control the dream gates in both worlds.

As game designer, I oversaw production on the game, however due to team member shortages, when production began I assumed the task of Weapon Artist on the project.
